Set of 2 original vintage NOS OEM key blanks. Classic Pentastar logo. One key is for the ignition/door and the other is for the trunk/glove box. Ilco part numbers 1767CH and 1764S.
This key blank will work for the following vehicles:
*1959, 1960, 1961, 1962, 1963, 1964, 1965 Chrysler, Plymouth, & Dodge
*1959, 1960, 1961, 1962, 1963, 1964, 1965, 1966 Imperial
*1959, 1960, 1961 DeSoto
The Chrysler
Corporation used a variety of key head shapes for their vehicles during
this time period so these key blanks may not exactly match the head shape
of the keys that were included with your vehicle when it was brand new.
However, they are vintage NOS and not reproductions or cheap copies.
These are nickel plated solid brass. Very nice! A beautiful addition to your classic MOPAR.
It's
important to note that the trunk key blanks in this set are for locks
that use the flat back keys and NOT for the locks that have a groove on
the back.
(We have the other two sets of blanks that have the trunk key with the groove on the back).
Since
trunk locks are in many cases interchangeable as well as being easy to
replace, be sure to check your trunk key in addition to the vehicle year
before ordering.
