There's a very small bit of cloudiness on the bottom, last 2 photos.

The sides, neck, and stopper are clear and clean.

Measures 15" tall with the stopper.  12" tall without the stopper. Base measures 5 1/4" diameter.

Heavy too, weighs 4 lbs. 7 oz.

No makers marks seen.
