Items can be delivered be delivered anywhere from 8am until 9pm 

it is the consumer responsibility to keep updated and be availble for the delivery

in the unfortunate event of a non delivery 

we have to allow the couier up to 5 days from dispatch before we can query the delivery 

once the item has been quiered please allow up to 5 days from the query for the couier to resolve the delivery

if the tracking still shows no delivery after this time a refund or replacement will be offered
