Please Note – The Bench Grinder and Polishing Add-On Kit are supplied separately. The buyer needs to Assemble the Polishing Kit to the Bench Grinder. Important : For Assembly Instructions and Kit Contents Please Read Below. Tools required (not supplied) are a 19mm spanner and a Philips Screwdriver.

1 x 150mm Fine Grinding Wheel
1 x 150mm Medium Grinding Wheel
Please Note - the Motor will Run Hot. This is normal. The run time is around 10-15 minutes on, allow to cool, then continue. Do Not Push Hard against the polishing wheels. This will strain the motor. Using Light Pressure with the correct polishing procedures and this will get satisfactory results
Warranty - This bench grinder (not accessories) comes with a 1 Year Warranty from date of purchase.
Safety - When polishing using the spindle adapters attached to the bench grinder, suitable safety glasses, gloves and dust mask (not supplied) must be worn
Scratch Removal - If there are scratches in the item surface then a series of abrasive discs / pads (eg 500 to 2000 Grit) may need to be used first prior to the polishing process.
Assembly - The Polishing Kit is supplied separately to the Bench Grinder and needs to be assembled / attached by the following method.
Spindle Adapter Fitting
Once the bench grinder side guards and the grinding wheels have been removed (please note that the left hand grinder shaft has a left hand nut), the mop spindle adapters are then slid over the grinder shafts. There is a right hand and a left hand spindle adapter in the kit. Please remove the grub screws in the adapters first and then fit the adapters as far as they will go onto the shaft. Once fitted, reinsert the grub screws (one in each adapter) and tighten them using your allen key (not supplied)
Polishing Add-On Kit Contents
2 x Bench Grinder Spindle Adapters (1 x left and 1 x right)
These are used to attach polishing mops to the bench grinder.
1 x 6" x 1/2" Sisal Metal Polishing Wheel.
1 x 6" x 1/2" White Stitch Metal Polishing Wheel.
1 x 6" x 1/2" Loose Fold Polishing Wheel.
