Refunds are available on International Packages ONLY if they are shipped with STANDARD PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL. Other methods (Including Flat Rate Priority) are not always "Track-able" outside the US, and not always "Insurable." Therefore a "LOST" package will only be refundable if the package was sent via Standard Priority Mail - and Insured.
Please ask me - and I may be able to offer you another option. Packages to Canada (for instance) are generally OK and SAFE to ship via other cheaper methods.

I will accept returns in some cases under the following conditions:
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
• A minimum 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover lost fees & other expenses. Once the item is returned, received and inspected, a refund will be issued via PayPal - minus the appropriate fees.
