3D RESIN Printed French Laffly S15R Radio vehicle in kit form (Fr01A). 3 crew included.
Suitable for Historical Wargaming such as Bolt Action, Command and Control, Rapid Fire & other rule systems.
The painted pictures are of the previous plastic printed version of this model. I have now reworked the files and support to achieve a resin print of the model with similar reliability of printing.
STL files of this model are available on another well know wargaming site specialising in 3D files.
During the 1930's Laffly produced a range of all-wheel-drive cross-country trucks (and tractors) for military purposes. They were often designed by Laffly and produced in conjunction with other companies such as Hotchkiss who even provided the engines. All featured an additional set of small wheels in front and similar set suspended beneath the driver's cab to help the vehicle cross ditches and obstacles
The Laffly S15R was a 6x6 all-terrain liaison vehicle (VLTT - voiture de liaison tout terrain) used as a personnel carrier and reconnaissance vehicle. It shared a common design and chassis with the S15T although the S15R had a lighter rear cab and a different transmission that allowed for higher road speed.
This vehicle is approximately 85mm long, 30mm wide at the wheels, 40mm high to the window screen and is scaled to 28mm [1/56 scale]
The vehicle is printed in Grey RESIN (colour may vary) and includes:
Main cab/chassis
4 small obstacle wheels
6 large single tyres
1 large single tyred spare wheel
Radio equipment 5 pieces
Front window screen
Front seat/Middle seat
3 Crew printed in resin
Care will be needed in assembling some of the components. Some minor greenstuff work might be required this model has a lot of fine detail which whilst now achieving a stable print pushes what the current generation of 3D printers can achieve.

the stamp due to eBay and PayPal fees. Any International customers should be aware that

Excess postage will be REFUNDED after dispatch usually once the model has arrived and towards the end of the current month.
