How to Order

1. Send us your required text and font choice.

2. We will provide a design proof for approval.

3. Once approved, your personalised fender will be manufactured and dispatched.

Lead Time: Please allow up to 5 working days from proof approval.

Returns Policy

Because this is a custom product, returns are only accepted if:

• The item is faulty, or

• It does not match your approved design proof.

Step 1: Please contact us with your required name and /or lettering with font details.

Step 2: We will contact you to confirm your request and submit to you a template (artwork) for your approval.

Step 3: On receipt of your approval your order will be manufactured and shipped.

**In the rare event of your personalisation request being outside the present scope of production, you will be notified and your payment will be immediately refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: Please allow 5 working days for your fenders to be delivered from the date of your confirmed template approval.

In regards to our return policy, due to the nature of bespoke fenders, after you have approved the personalised template, no changes or refund can be warranted. A refund will only be granted in the rare occasion that fenders appear defective, faulty and /or don’t match the approved template.

POSTAGE:

Free delivery to England, Wales and most of Scotland. For those who live in the Scottish Highlands and Isles, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly or Isle of Wight there may be a surcharge as parcel couriers apply extra charges to these areas. For this reason, if you live in any of these areas, we would appreciate you contacting us for a carriage cost BEFORE ORDERING.

Items are dispatched 5 days after approval and will be sent out on a standard delivery 2-3 days unless you have paid the small extra charge to get 24-hours delivery.

Hurricane Return's Policy

Here at Hurricane, we are dedicated to ensuring our customers receive the best products on the market. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

We offer our customers a 30 day returns policy (except on personalised fenders).

Goods can be returned if we are unused and remain in perfect condition for re-sale. Returned goods will be inspected and if goods are determined to be used or defective then no refund will be granted and a further charge will be issued to re-post your order.

Faulty Products
