Please ask all questions before making your purchase as I do not offer refunds. No exceptions due to buyers remorse or fit. I am always happy to answer questions and provide additional photos. I take pride in my shop and always aim to describe items accurately. Vintage and preowned items are not new. Minor flaws or signs of age are to be expected and will not be considered misrepresented. Any major flaws will be noted in the Item Description. Vintage items may have a slight 'old' or 'storage' odor that is easily removed with a wash. No refunds due to odors as I cannot make any guarantees as to how or where they were stored as most items are obtained from estate sales. My storage inventory space is smoke free. New factory sealed items are sold as ‘non functioning’. Once they are opened, it will be considered an altered item which is non refundable. Should there be an issue with your item, I MUST be contacted within 48 hours of receipt. In the event a package is lost or damaged during transit, a refund will not be given until the Postal Inspector investigation and claim is complete. Members will be required to cooperate by providing clear photos of any damage and upload a video of dysfunctional electronics if applicable. Should the investigator prove the package was delivered undamaged, no refund will be given. This policy is to prevent fraud. Stolen mail is considered a felony. I am now documenting everything and will pursue legal action (at the buyers expense) against members who attempt to scam me. Should I incur a defect on my account from buyers who fail to follow these terms, the buyer will be required to compensate me for any losses including but not limited to eBay fee discounts. I am only a small business and I am an honest seller. I expect the same level of integrity and basic human respect.
