Each console is carefully taken apart, sanatized, and cleaned using soap, compressed air, and rubbing alcohol. All plastic parts get cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaner to make them brand new again. The console is checked for any faulty parts/capacitors and are replaced accordingly. New thermal paste is always applied and the fans are cleaned. Disc drive it taken apart and cleaned with the laser being replaced if necessary. A new drive belt is installed and everything is then reasembeled. Console gets completely tested one last time to ensure full functionality and its inspected to make sure the physicall condition it excellent.

Customer satisfaction is important at gaming bin and we prioritize it by offering a free 60 day warranty on every item. If something happens to go wrong within that time period, contact us and we will replace it totally free. Even if the time period passes we are still willing to work things out.

We have a handling time of 0-2 days and use a combination of UPS Ground, USPS Ground advantage, and Fedex 2 Day as our shipping services. Each service can take anywhere from 1-5 days to deliver however we aim to use the service with the quickest estimated deliery. Most orders are delivered within a week from ordering and if there are any delays you will be notified.

Absolutely! We're beginning to offer a trade in service which allows you to trade in your video games for credit towards the store or to your order. Just contact us with images of your trade in and we'll give you a soft estimate to how much it's worth. We'll try and give you the best price we can without seeing it however it wont be finalized until we recieve the product. Once you purchase something we'll include a return label for you to ship your trade in items to us. Once we recieve it we'll either offer you a refund towards that order or a store credit.
