Vinyl decals can go on just about any smooth surface (cars, windows, laptops, mirrors, walls, etc..) The decal comes in three parts: the vinyl decal, the backing paper and the transfer tape. When looking at the picture, the white parts are the backing paper.  The only part that is vinyl is the black/colored area. To apply just peel back the decal off of white paper, place onto desired area, and remove the backing (clear) tape.
