Shipping International Orders
No return or exchange for international orders. Merchandise are properly inspected upon shipment.
International First class mails are not trackable and may take up to 21 days or more depending on customs.
Import duties and taxes charges are not included in item price or shipping charges. These are buyer's responsibility.

Returns
All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. Merchandise received damaged should be reported to us within 24 hrs.
Products must be returned in their original condition with tags intact (never removed), unused and unopened.
Buyer will be responsible for all shipping & handling costs for return and exchange unless we sent you the wrong or defective items.
