Vintage 1960s Sand Art in Bottle/Vial

This was with a collection of Philmont Ranch memorabilia from an Eagle Boy Scout, so I'm guessing he got it on his trip to Philmont in the early 1960s.

I do not see any identification information on the bottle/vial.

It is about 2" tall and the part with the sand is about 3/4" wide.

I tried to take pictures from multiple views for you.

The color in the photos is a bit more intense than it is in person.  I was not able to correct this in editing, sorry!  It has lovely colors, just a bit less in your face...
