Icon Style

Our icon style shows the saint in a traditional Iconic style so often used by the Eastern Catholic, Byzantine and Orthodox Churches. We use a circular design with many golden elements in this style as most Byzantine icon artists use golden paint with real gold in their creative process. The image truly comes to live with our rich colors. We also add artifacts related to the saint to enhance your relationship and spiritual connection during your prayer. The colors are truly vibrant and the image is very sharp.

Icon Full Stature Style

The full stature iconic holy cards show the saint in full stature from the head to toe. The uniqueness of these cards is very apparent because many icon artists never show the entire person. Very often the saints are shown only from the waist up. We do a lot of redesigning to bring you the full person of each saint in this style. You will notice that the color richness of our cards makes them stand out from the rest of such images.

Card with altar stand:

You can order any laminated card with a stand. If you do, there is no need to purchase the card separately. Be sure to let us know which card you wish to receive with the stand by adding a note to your order. If you do not indicate which card you want we will contact you before we can ship your order. Each stand is designed to hold up to 7 laminated cards so you can alternate them. If you place just one card in the stand, we recommend you insert a thick coin like a quarter behind the card to make it stand more upright. The price of card with a stand already includes most of the shipping charges. You can also purchase our mini stands separately from our Sets and Specials section in our store. This stand can hold up to 7 cards so that you can alternate them.

Laminated card dimensions are 2.5 inches by 5 inches. They are beautifully designed and unlike any other prayer cards of this kind. The cards are laminated to extend their usage. What makes these cards unique, is that these are the only cards based on real photographs of Catholic art. They are very sharp and carefully designed to present real beauty of Catholic art and devotion.
