These adapters are very hard wearing.

15mm Thick version (other sizes available)

These adapter allow Olympic size plates to be fitted into standard 1” bars.

Singlet adapters:

These 50mm adapter are suitable for Olympic plates (50mm diameter hole) with thickness between 15mm and 25mm (typically 1.25-5kg cast plates.

Paired adapters:

When used in a pair per plate, larger plates can also be used all the way up to thick bumper plates (see illustration). Two adapters per plate are requires.
