Our items (unless otherwise noted in the listing) feature next day handling with free shipping. Faster shipping is available for most items at an additional charge. The shipping carrier is chosen based on the dimensions of the item and ship-to location. We use various USPS, UPS and FedEx shipping methods. Your shipment tracking number will be automatically assigned as soon as your purchase order has been processed. Some extra-large, overweight, or oversize items may have additional handling times which are noted in the individual item listing and are not eligible for expedited shipping.

International Shipping: We currently ship all international orders via eBay's Global shipping service and do not direct ship from our warehouse. International shipping charges, import fees and estimated delivery times can be calculated for your destination by clicking on the Shipping & Payments tab in our item listing. Processing and delivery of international orders normally takes 2 - 4 weeks, depending on the destination and customs clearance time.

Most items may be returned for a refund within 30 days as long as they are not used or installed unless otherwise noted in the listing description. Customers should initiate a return using the eBay returns feature.
