Shipping Policy

  • We usually ship in 3 business days with tracking.
  • For lighter items (under 150 lbs), we use FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
  • For heavier items (over 150 lbs), we use LTL freight services, which may takes 1-2 weeks to arrive.
  • Limited access deliveries (schools, hospitals, restaurants, golf courses, ski resorts, airports, ports, piers, lodging facilities, campgrounds, quarries, factories, military bases, government buildings, etc.) incur a $150 surcharge.
  • Additional freight charges apply to remote areas, high-cost areas (e.g. Manhattan, NY), non-contiguous states (AK, HI, PR), and Canada.
  • Delivery to your address is limited to curbside. For placement inside a building or backyard, additional charges apply.
  • Please be prepared to unload your delivery within 30 minutes of the truck's arrival. If unloading exceeds this timeframe, a minimum $100 surcharge will apply or the warranty will be forfeit.
