Shipping: We ship almost all items within one or two
business days, Monday through Friday, of the payment going through. Most items
ship on the same business day. We primarily ship Fedex ground or smartpost,
unless the customer indicates another preferred option. Shipping will be paid
by the buyer, including returns.
Payment: We require the payment of the product to clear
before shipping the item. We only accept Paypal as the payment option.
Returns: All items, are listed as is with the
specifications listed. We accept returns only if the product
is not as listed or is damaged on arrival. Any returns must be made within 14
days of receiving the product. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs if
they wish to return an item, unless we are at fault for the issue. If the
product is damaged on arrival please let us know as soon as possible to start a
claim. return shipping will be paid by the buyer. Possible
restocking fee for returns of undamaged returned items.
