DELIVERY GUIDELINES FOR PALLET SHIPMENTS: Our selling price
includes free shipping with the following considerations for pallet shipments. See
Images. 1.) Buyers must have a standard loading dock 48" high that can
accommodate a trailer up to 53' in length with swinging doors and have the
proper equipment to unload pallets with an estimated weight of approx. 2,000
lbs. 2.) The process must be completed within a 2 hour time period. 3.) If you
do not have a dock we can deliver via lift gate transport and pallet jack.
These vehicles operate at a separate rate and we will require an additional $50
fee. 4.) Inside delivery including freight elevators, two wheeler requirements,
etc., plus $2.50 per carton. 5.) Limited access includes, but not limited to;
schools, government offices, prisons, military, golf courses, country clubs,
residential areas, airports, and non-commercial enterprises, plus $50 per
pallet. 6.) Waterproofing, plus $75 per pallet, and will require an additional
1-2 days for delivery. 7.) Please note that delivery drivers will not be able
to assist with the unloading process. 8.) Deliveries will be made between the
hours of 8AM and 5PM, Monday through Friday, and are for one location only.
Requests for appointments are not available. 9.) Business deliveries must be
located in areas zoned business/commercial, with no limited access, no parking
restrictions or limited hours of operation. - We will contact you upon receipt
of your order to confirm your pallet delivery conditions and collect any
additional fees via your credit card.
