Terms of Service

What is that you might ask, good question!  It varies seller to seller but our Terms of Service here are a set of regulations which buyers agree to follow in order to pursue a transaction contract whether it be Auction, Buy it Now or Best Offer.

When a buyer (thats you!) enters into a transaction by bidding/buying you are agreeing to the Terms of Service, creating a legally binding contract with the seller (thats me!).

The buyer must ensure that they comply with any obligations and are aware of any laws relevant to you as a buyer. (eg. underage purchase).

Payment

Winning bid/bought items are to be paid for within 4 business days of sale date, on the 5th day an automatic non-payment case will be opened against you. (Its ok, we are not that strict if you let us know, we can arrange something together, otherwise opening a case against you is a non-payment strike against your account, trust me, neither of us want that!).

Accepted methods of payment are PayPal (Paypal covers both buyer/seller protection), Bank Deposit (now with Osko it can be instant! how exciting!!) (Bank details will come up when you select this option). Bank deposit should have a reference to the buyer or item sold and emailed to us. (so we know its you, silly!).

Postage, Handling, Shipping

Dispatch of items are usually within 24 hours or 1 business day of cleared payment. A handling fee applies but is covered within the postage cost.

Estimated delivery dates are calculated 7 days from payment date between buyer and seller in Australia (i would say add a couple of extra days due to this sellers outback location!), and 30 days for all other countries.

Some items are small enough to go as a large letter (in accordance with Australia Post postage guidelines) and there is no tracking, this is at the buyers discretion. If tracking is required the buyer can contact us and we will get tracked postage at an additional cost of $9.00

Returns/Non Receivables

We hope never to have to deal with this as we want to give our buyers the best shopping experience possible, but, if it does, we do have some guidelines to adhere to:

Item is to be returned within 5 business days after return request is accepted.

Item to be returned in the same condition in which it was received (the same as listing photographs) and it should include all items that were in the original packaging. Failure to do so will result in a deduction of a portion of refund to cover loss of value.
