Please read as I get one or two people a year trying to get multiple pieces out of these that will equal exactly 10'.  These are cut fully pulled/stretched out and are nominal within 1-2" of 10'.  If your trying to get two exact 5' pieces or say an exact 7' & 3' it will not happen after you cut it.
