Postage discounts given for multiple purchases. 

   Please 'Request Total From Seller' when you have finished to enable your invoice to be amended with combined postage.

Delivery

             All items are made to order so please allow up to 4 working days from receipt of payment for dispatch and longer for larger orders.

       Items are posted Royal Mail First Class Delivery.

       If you haven't received your item within 10 working days after despatch please contact me.

     Orders over £50 will be sent Recorded Delivery at no extra cost.

Returns

     If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will provide you with a full refund within 14 days of purchase, excluding delivery charges.

     All returned goods must include original packaging and returns are only accepted if the item is in its original condition.

Please notify us of your intention to return the item by email within 7 days from the date of receipt.

       We have no control over delivery times so please rate us on our dispatch time and not the delivery time.
