This is a beautiful very elegant vintage compact with the theme of the sea. Pearls, turquoise and gilded miniature shell design in "sand." Don't see a mark. Would think it is from the 1930's-60's. Has its original interior too with powder and puff. Mirror inside. Looks like possibly missing a few beads. Hard to tell. Heavy solid gilded metal. Very unusual. Could not find another compact like this design. Very romantic and for someone who loves having the sea in your hand.
