PAYMENT POLICY:

SHIPPING POLICY:

We ship via USPS within the United States; for standard shipping items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (unless otherwise marked), and for expedited (if selected at additional cost) we ship via USPS Priority Mail.  Items are usually shipped out the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after the cleared payment is received.  In some cases, depending on the time an order and the cleared payment were received, it may take 2 business days to ship.  Please note that the "shipped out" date is for the item to be sent to the post office-- average USPS delivery times apply after the post office has received the item.

RETURNS:

We accept returns according to the following guidelines.  Items for returns must have a return request within 30 days of receipt of shipment.  Returns due to a customer’s choice or error will be refunded minus the cost of shipping and handling and a 20% restocking fee. The return shipping cost is responsibility of customer.  All return items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging and accessories.  Clothing returns are only accepted if they are unused, unworn, and unwashed.  Items in sealed retail packages must be unopened.
