Delivery Policy: 
All items are posted to the verified address on Ebay within 1 working day via Royal Mail 2nd Class postage.

Proof of posting is always obtained for items sent. 
Royal Mail 'aim' to deliver 2nd class items within 2-5 working days and do not consider an item to be 'lost in the post' until 10 working days have passed. Therefore, please only open a case for non receipt of an item after 10 working days have passed. Thanks.

Refunds Policy:
My aim is to keep my customers 100% happy. If for ANY reason you change your mind and no longer want the product, I will issue a full refund (excluding P&P) upon receipt of the returned goods providing they are received back in the same condition as they were sent. This applies for 30 days after purchase. Buyer is responsible for cost to return the item.
