Question: Does it comes with all the fittings?
Answer: It comes with all you need. Just put it al together, then connect to your tv, rescan for channels . Brilliant aerial.

Question: Does it work with hd tv?
Answer: The Moonraker DTV antenna will receive HTV transmission if the transmitter you are tuned to does in fact transmit HTV.

Question: Does it also have a mains plug?
Answer: Yes, It has a 240v AC power adaptor, that I think gives 5v DC. It also has a 12v car adaptor that also gives 5v. The power feeds the aerial amplifier in the black box via a junction box in line with aerial lead. Works well.

Question: I'm canceling sky, and moving to bt.is this all i need to run bt tv box?
Answer: Not if you are using Satellite you can still use your sky dish and buy something like a Humax box, or if touring terestial the freesat box plus this antenna should work providing you can get a good signal. Personally if you have dish on the wall I would make use of it.

Question: Has anyone used it in a marina on a boat?
Answer: Used it on rivers/canals on canal boat, at harbours in north Devon and on campervan. It is very good and easy to find reception.

Question: Does the aerial have to be aligned with a transmitter? I would be using it on a boat and want to know whether I would need to adjust it in each location.
Answer: Unless you are in an area with strong signals you should line it up with the best transmitter on the area you are moored. We are also on a canal boat and look at the aerials on houses, pubs if possible or I use an app on my iPhone called ANTENNA ALIGNER. We are currently at Brewood in a cutting and I am getting a good signal from Sutton Coldfield using Moonraker on a very short pole (approx 24 inch).

Question: 25 miles to nearest transmitter will it work?
Answer: I could not get it to work at all.

Question: Can you plug your freesat box into this ariel?
Answer: Freesat needs a dish ,the moonraker will not receive satellite signals.

Question: Does this have 12v cables with it?
Answer: No it does not. We use an inverter in caravan and It runs to the aerial boost box. We would not be without this little wonder. We have one at home and one for the caravan. We get HD channels which we do not through aerial on caravan.
