Shipping:

Items will be shipped within two business days of receiving funds. Any orders placed on Friday will typically ship on the following Monday.  International orders are shipped via Ebay Global Shipping Program and all costs are non-negotiable. Shipping is not refunded for international orders.


Returns:

Item must be returned in same condition as purchased or refund becomes negotiable. No restocking fee. Buyer pays return shipping. In the rare event when the item is delivered damaged, immediately take pictures of item, packaging, and label so a proper claim can be processed. Damaged claims may take 30 days to process.
