-Unless item description states otherwise, all parts are from USA model vehicles with a left hand drive setup.
-Items described as driver or passenger side refer to US made specifications, or left hand drive vehicles. For clarity, passenger side refers to right side when sitting in vehicle, and driver side refers to left side when sitting in vehicle.
-Hardware such as bolts and nuts may not be included unless specifically noted.

-Because shipment times are estimated by carriers, we are in no way responsible for shipments which do not arrive on time. You (the buyer) must contact the carrier with your tracking# for assistance regarding a delayed shipment.
-We reserve the right to cancel an order of an item that is listed as "free shipping", if the shipping cost (after packaging) is excessive based on distance+item size. Customers from the East coast interested in larger items are encouraged to contact us before purchasing a item.
-Shipping prices may vary for PO BOXES, so please contact before purchase if you want to have your item shipped to a PO BOX.
-Shipments may or may not require a signature when they are delivered.
-Residents of California will pay sales tax on all purchases. If you are unaware of the current sales tax, please contact us for assistance.
-Shipping prices for ground apply only to the continental states of the U.S. Anywhere else is considered international shipping, and will have an international fee.
-Any international customs fees, duties, taxes, etc.... must be paid for by the buyer!
-Please note that we will only ship to the same billing address that payment is made from, we cannot change your ship to address that PayPal provides for us.
-To pass our shipping savings onto you, we may alternate between FedEx, UPS and USPS, depending on which is cheaper and/or faster.
-If you are in Guam, Virgin Islands, or another US territory which is not considered a continental US state, eBay sometimes has an error in which the shipping is not calculated correctly. Please be aware of this and ask us for the shipping price before your purchase.

-All returns for exchange must be made within 30 days of item being received by customer unless otherwise stated.
-We can not refund items being returned which are damaged or lost by carrier.
-Customers must contact seller before return in order to receive an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization).
-Prior to purchasing any items, customers must make sure they are ordering the compatible part they want/need, to fix their vehicle's problem. (Part#'s are included in all of our listings). Returns for incorrectly ordered parts/ or parts no longer needed are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
-Shipping money cannot be refunded. Even in cases where shipping is listed as "Free", we will not refund what it cost us to ship any items.
-If a customer returns an electrical part he or she will only be granted store credit, and not a refund.
-A shipping refund will not be given for internationally insured items.
