As far as I can tell I believe this is still new in the box however it is older and has some dirt and stuff on the box but it doesn't look like it's ever been played with or come out of the box as far as I can tell but I can't say for sure I'm selling it as used but I really think it's new old stock but please let the pictures be your description and condition it could probably use a little cleaning but complete at all there and I would say in very good condition just may be a little dirty on the plastic on the box.
