Return Policy

Returns of unopened, unused products are accepted within fourteen days from the date your merchandise was delivered. We will only accept returns of all unopened, unused products sealed and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the shipping costs involved in returning the products to us. We cannot accept returns if the product has been opened, used and is not in its original packaging, unless the product has been damaged during shipping or is defective.

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours to respond. You will need to request and RMA number from us before returning any merchandise.Once your RMA is approved, we will ship your new merchandise and arrange for the shipping company to pickup the damaged item(s).
