Our Re manufacturing Process

  • Step 1 - Core Received: An engine core is returned to our factory in Vassar, MI. 

  • Step 2 - Disassembly and Cleaning: Each Engine is taken apart, cleaned, inspected for weaknesses or cracks and also Magnafluxed (magnetic particle inspection). 

  • Step 3 - New part and Machining: All Blocks and Cylinder Heads are machined to meet exact OEM specifications, on our state of the art CNC machinery. All Brand new OEM parts are then added.

  • Step 4 - Dyno Testing: Once completed the engine parameters and horsepower are tested to certify all specs, and engine fitness.

  • Step 5 - Shipping: The finished engine is mounted on a skid and additional parts are added, depending on model.

  • Step 6 - Delivery: Each re-manufactured engine you purchase from US Engine Production is backed by a full one year, unlimited mileage warranty.

Core Policy

  • A Core Charge will not be billed at time of purchase, but upon ordering you agree to have the engine core returned to us within 30 days of receipt of engine. If the engine core is not returned to us within 30 days you are agreeing to the full core charge of $2000 (core charge may vary depending on engine). Cores must be in Good condition – no cracks, holes and must be able to rotate 360 degrees. We pay the return freight for returning cores.

Shipping Policy
  • ON OUR ENGINES: Please contact us via Ebay or our office before purchasing to verify your shipping information. Someone over the age of 18 must be at the ship to address to receive the engine or to return the core. Shipping cost is based on your location. Contact our office for a freight quote. 

Warranty Information
  • ON OUR ENGINES: We Offer a One Year, Unlimited Miles Warranty - Parts Only. No Labor Charge / Engine Replacement Only. Six-Months on Complete Fuel Systems and Turbos.Restrictions Apply, please see our detailed Warranty Policy for more information. 

Return Policy
We have a 14 day return policy on uninstalled, unused items. The Buyer is to pay the return shipping and they may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
