Shipping
- Ride Today offers SAME day shipping on most products purchased & paid by 2:30 PM EST.
- We use Priority Mail for most small items and UPS Ground for larger items. Items being shipped via UPS Ground cannot be sent to a P.O. Box.
- Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico - We can ship most smaller items to those locations with no additional fee. Ride Today does not ship larger items to these locations. In the event an item falls under this exclusion a full refund will be issued promptly.
- To find your tracking number, click My eBay, then select your purchasse history. The tracking number will be listed under the item's title. Click on the tracking number for more details.
*CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS- The sale of emission related products is prohibited in the state of California. In the event an item is purchased and falls under this category, a cancellation request will be submitted and a full refund will be issued.

- Freight shipments (large, oversized items such as engines, transmission, frames) must ship to a verified commercial shipping address with a loading dock.
- We do have options to delivery outside this criteria at an extra charge to the customer. Here is the additional options and fees associated with each option. These charges are non-negotiable.
- Private Residence - $135
- Lift Gate Service- $67
- Limited Access Locations- $33 per occurrence (schools, hospitals, businesses located outside a business district).
RETURNS
- We offer 60 Day Free Returns!
- We may only charge original shipping fees in some circumstances.
- The item must be returned in original packaging with no writing or other graffiti on outside of vendor packaging. If it is returned in other than original packaging a small fee may apply. Original retail packaging must be preserved - Please ship item back the way it was shipped to you!
- If an item is delivered damaged or defective please keep all packaging and contact us immediately.
- Unless an item is deemed by the manufacturer to be defective, we DO NOT accept any returns on used items sold as new. This includes but is not limited to items showing signs of installation or attempted/improper installation (mounting marks, scratches, scuffs), mounted tires/wheels, windshields, discolored exhaust, programmed fuel tuners, bluetooth/communication devices, apparel, items installed contrary to manufacturers specifications, seats, etc.
- All products are warranted against manufacturers defects. Many of our manufacturers handle claims directly to speed up the process of exchange or sending replacement parts. Because issues are often solved over the phone via tech support, please call the manufacturer first. Defective or damaged items will be exchanged or a full refund will be issued if the item is no longer available.
- Electrical parts are not eligible for returns.
