Railroad Crossing for Lionel O 3-rail Straight Section Fastrack (MRGS-9100).

Laser Cut/Engraved Wood Plank Railroad Grade Crossing kit. Straight. Cut planks, engraved nail/bolt detail. Specifically designed for LIONEL(R) Fastrack. However, should fit any similar "O" Gauge 3 rail track straight section with 1/8" rail height. 6" long or 24 scale ft. Wide enough for two traffic lanes. Shims included to raise center to track bolt level and position top board below center third rail so not to obstruct power contact pickup. Allows for proper wheel flange clearance. Laser cut to proper fit on all rails. Easy installation, ready to weather to your satisfaction. Real Railroad Prototypical Appearance. Stain or color to your choice or leave natural when installed. See photos. Stain should be blended better, but this shows the beginning of one lane of traffic pattern. Covers ties and provides an edge to stop scenery, road surface without fouling track. Installs easily with any type of glue, following instruction on header card. You can add the ramps we make (NEW Product, MRGS-9100R, see last photos in this listing, replace curve with your track Diameter or straight) or scenic road way to each side of the crossing.   Material provided makes one (1) grade crossing (single track). We make O-36", O-48", O60 & O-72" radius crossings for the LIONEL (R) Fastrack system and ramps for all. Custom work can be done for special installations.

NOTE: There appears to be some confusion as to what  the product is that we are selling. There are two (2) parts to a complete grade crossing. PART One is the Grade Crossing itself. This is the part that goes between the rails, engrave boards, the lead photo in this auction. PART Two is the Ramp Set. These pieces go on either side of the track and make the road approaches, the last photo in this auction. If you buy a crossing you get what is in photo one (1).  If you buy a ramp set you get what is in photo eleven (11), last photo in auction. The ramp shown is for a 48 in curve, sorry I don't have a straight one handy. You DO NOT get both sets together, you buy them separately. I hope this reduces confusion.

NOTICE TO ALL POTENTIAL BUYERS!!                       All our crossings including shims are manufactured of premium, first quality, Basswood,  Poplar or Birch plywood or sheet wood  stock. These parts are precision cut on a Laser to match the tie spacing and track gauge specified.  If you do not understand some part of our instructions or have questions on installation, appearance, installation or final finishing (staining or painting) please contact us for assistance.  We ONLY will accept a return request if something has been misrepresented and the product is the original packaging (re-saleable).  Once you have OPENED the packaged and used the product (attempted to install or modified the product) we cannot accept a return. If you have a problem we will make every effort to assist you in solving it, but you must tell us so we can.

Unfortunately the cost of everything is increasing, our wood, shipping, even the electricity to keep the lights on and run the laser, all are increasing, so we must increase our prices accordingly.
