  • Most of electronic parts needs to be programmed/coded or/and calibrated/synchronized, in order to work properly (e.g.: LCM, FRM, GM modules, Engine Computers, Navigation Head units, ABS pumps, Steering angle sensors, Bluetooth modules etc.). Please Note! It should be done by the dealership or your local service technician in order to code the part on the specific VIN. Please take in to consideration that no matter if the part is new or used, it will be coded. Moreover, it will be your responsibility to reprogram or code it, if it is required.
  • The seller will not take the responsibility of any fees incurred by mechanic charges paid by the buyer due to the faulty installation. In addition, the units bought incorrectly or without confirmation of the seller will not be responsibility of the seller.
Shipping Terms

  • All units will be shipped within 2 business days after the payment has been received. Please note that our shipping days are Monday-Friday ONLY!

  • Please inquire about shipping costs and make sure that you have included full delivery address in ENGLISH to calculate the shipping cost.

  • Express Delivery is carried out via DHL/UPS/EMS express couriers. The Standard/Economy Shipping is carried out via regular local post.

  • Standard/Economy shipping outside Europe and North America can take approximately 30 working days.

  • We do not ship APO/FPO, and please contact us to calculate shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates.

Warranty
  • All items have been tested before removing them from the donor car.
  • Each units come with 2 months warranty and are labeled with warranty stickers before shipment. In case, these stickers are damaged, the warranty becomes void.
  • If the controversial matters occur over the fitment, to settle the dispute the buyer will need to provide with two photos of his own module with the part number and our module with the warranty label and our glued on marking code.
Return Policy
  • We will accept your return within 60 days of the original purchase date.
  • In the case of defective item we will refund full purchase price or exchange for same item with the same value, according to customer preferences. The return policy does not cover damage due to improper installation or coding, if an item was physically altered by the buyer.
  • The item should be returned in the same condition as it was received, not used, damaged or altered in any way.
  • Return shipping cost and safe arrival of the item is the responsibility of the buyer.
