This is a brand new replacement set of cushion drive rubbers which fit between the clutch basket drive gear and alloy basket, when worn they allow play between the two parts which can be felt as a knock on acceleration and deceleration. If renewing your alloy basket you should change these, as a serviceable item.
They are not available as a genuine part as the bike manufacturers want you to purchase a complete new clutch basket, costing hundreds of pounds !
