In Case of Emergency (ICE) Custom Printed Medical Alert Card - Fast Tracked P&P - ALG ID Cards®

Professionally printed customised I.C.E medical cards. These cards are digitally printed (on both sides, over the edge) and made from rigid PVC (760 microns). The card is the same size and thickness as your debit or credit card.

After placing your order, you should message us (via eBay) with the following information:

MEDICAL CONDITION
NAME
DATE OF BIRTH
ADDRESS (EVEN IF IT IS THE SAME AS THE DELIVERY ADDRESS)
EMERGENCY CONTACT NAME AND TELEPHONE (UP TO TWO)

All fields are optional but recommended.

Any fields not provided will be left blank. The PVC cards are not designed to be hand-written on. We do not keep the information after the card is printed unless you specifically request this.

WE WILL COPY AND PASTE THE PROVIDED INFORMATION ONTO THE CARD FOR PRINTING.

PLEASE ENSURE ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT BEFORE SENDING IT TO US. WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS/INACCURACIES.

Your card(s) will be sent out via Royal Mail 1st Class / Royal Mail 24. We may use a different method depending on your purchase quantity. Same Working Day Dispatch & Faster Options are Available.
