1. Tush Tag says 1993 and Swing Tag say 1994

2. Extra space after eyes and ! on swing tag

 

He Has the Iridescent Horn and the Rainbow Mane & Tail instead on the Yarn or brown horn.

Marked 1965 KR which means it is from the Korean Market.
