Front is etched with a floral pattern. Oval with the silver around the oval shaped into connecting beads half way down. The stone, itself, measures 1 3/4" long surrounded by silver making it 2 1/4" long. Excellent condition though it probably could use a refreshing polishing. Stone is free of scratches, nicks, or chips. Vintage item. Estimated to have been made between 1930 and 1950 judging by the pattern and wear of the .925 which is on the necklace hook. I cannot determine the carat weight without removing the stone from the silver, but the total weight is 24 grams.
