This is a beautiful Vintage Italian Murano Art Glass Clown Decantor With Stopper. The stopper portion is broken off at the piece that goes into the body and I’ve pointed that out in photos. I do believe you can glue that piece back on and I currently have it taped. The piece stands 15” high.
