You are buying a Irish American Police Officers Kids SZ 1/2 Ruby Shirt By Silky Sullivan Rugby Collection.  On the sleeve is says 9-11-01 Never forget.  On the back of the shirt it has the Irish and American Flags with the word GARDA.  Garda is the State Police Force of the Irish Republic. I believe the size 1/2 is for years.  Ask for measurements if you have a question.
