The parts shown are in good working condition and were functioning properly when removed from the reel.  The brake assembly consists of a brake arm, a brake arm insert, 5 metal friction washers, 2 fiber washers, a brake cashing and a brake cashing screw. 

The part(s) you receive may or may not be the one(s) pictured in the listing. However, they will be the same quality or better.

The portion of the brake assembly that is shown taped together in the second photo will be shipped to you in that manner. The first photo is to show the components in the assembly.

I combine ship. I charge the full shipping and handling amount for the first item and then $1.00 for each additional item.
