Flow Blue Plate Burgess & Leigh Nonpareil By Middleport Pottery. this is a old plate and it has crazing and some imperfections (mostly on the back side).  there are some kind of residue on the lower part of the plate. It might clean off. There are some light surface scratches, but overall its a very nice plate.  Check all pics for better idea of condition
