Shipping Policy


 In the event of a prolonged delay we will make our best effort to contact and notify you of such delays. While we try our best to get most orders out the same day, most orders will ship out within 3 business days, which are Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays. Special note: We do not provide an option for local pick-up. 

Large Item  / Truck Freight

In some cases additional fee will be required for some zip codes. 

Remote areas  and high cost zip codes will require additnal fees, ( this is detemined by freight carrier) 

if this happends we will contact you prior to shipment, or you can call us if you have any questions. 

Return Policy

FOR ITEMS THAT SAY RETURNS ACCEPTED, THE FOLLOWING APPLIES:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or offer a refund (excluding shipping).
  • If the item was shipped FREE the actual cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from refund amount.
  • Once you place your order it can not be modified, changed, or canceled.
  • Any returned Items must be sent in original condition, box and with all received documents or invoices. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost, No Exceptions.
  • Returns must be in resalable condition. If the part is used there is a possibility that you will not receive a refund, as we cannot sell a used item.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • Any damaged or defective items or items which do not match item description will be replaced once damaged item is returned to McHenry Power Equipment Inc.

Inventory Policy


 Our inventory is constantly updating, we do our best to keep it as accurate as possible. However we are also a brick and mortar dealership. In some instances seasonal items sell very fast and can be subject to temporary delays. In the rare case this happens, we place your parts on an restocking order and the item will generally ship within 2-4 business days.

  • All items are priced individually regardless of packaging size unless otherwise stated.
