This auction is for purchasing parts, it is up to YOU to repair your defective unit.

  • ACT offers a new replacement bezel for a Van Dorn Pathfinder 2500 or 4500. This listing includes the following parts to complete the repair yourself: a front bezel with display window, one of two small panels displaying what Pathfinder model the bezel is a replacement for, and the necessary hardware for assembly (screws & washers).

  • Our turn-around time is 3-5 business days to ship the parts to you after payment is received.

How it Works

  • Purchase the service and submit payment (Paypal ONLY)
  • Upon purchase, contact us to indicate which of the small panel options you want. They read either "Pathfinder 2500" or "Pathfinder 4500".
  • We will package and ship the replacement parts within 3-5 business days. Rush repair services are available for an additional fee. Please email us for more information.
  • UPS Ground shipping WITHIN the United States is part of your invoice.
  • Please provide us with your UPS Account# to ship collect if you require faster shipping services such as (Next Day Air, 2nd Day etc.)

Shipping Information

Returns: We offer a 14 day return from date of receiving the product. Refund will be for the purchase price, shipping to/from are the buyer’s responsibility.
