I have made pine tar soap for years and have sold thousands of bars.
Not everyone is able to get relief from pine tar so I thought I might try another proven type of soap for help with psoriasis.
Coal tar is used for many skin disorders including head lice.
I have used my olive oil soap base added Lavender essential oil and
 of course the best coal tar extract I could find. Very expensive !!
I also add activated charcoal for a balanced PH soap.
These bars are 3.5 to 3.8 OZS.
