RETURNS: 

We accept returns according to the following guidelines.  Items for returns must have a return request within 30 days of receipt of shipment.  Returns due to a customer’s choice or error will be refunded minus the cost of shipping and handling . The return shipping cost is responsibility of customer.  All return items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging and accessories.  Clothing returns are only accepted if they are unused, unworn, and unwashed.  Items in sealed retail packages must be unopened. 

Returns due to our error or problems with the item will be refunded in full.  Returns due to a customer’s choice or error will be refunded minus the cost of shipping and handling, or the initial actual postage costs on "Free Shipping" items. Contact us directly for a return form and address in case you need to exchange or to return items.  All returns must be received by us within 15 days of the approved return request; any returns over this time period will be sent back to the sender without a refund.
