paid for an item, Then asked to have it shipped to :

He admitted through Ebay that he installed the item on his car. Then put a claim to Ebay that it was not the right part. He lost that case. Then he did a CHARGEBACK with his credit card saying it was an unauthorized charge.
This was a Paypal transaction. ON SEPTEMBER 24, 2012, Paypal actually reversed the chargeback in my favor because I showed proper proof of delivery. Then, on ON SEPTEMBER 27, 2012 they decided to reverse that again.
He used Paypal as a shield to steal this part for his Honda Civic Hybrid.
Now I have no part and I am out $350.00 plus shipping.
We actually tried to help with the problem but only got the money stolen along with the part stolen from us as well.
If I ca not get my money back, I should be able to at least tell the world what has happened.
