New old stock clamp, OMC part number 316385. This part is used for shift cable clamp on 1970-71 60 HP Johnson and Evinrude outboards, primer to intake manifold clamp on 1986-88 6 and 8 HP, and throttle cable clamp on 1982-83 4.5 and 7.5 HP. This part may fit other years and models as well.  Part is from a multi pack and will not ship in original package.
