By doing the research on my listing’s, I’m able to gain a better understanding of each product. I’m able to usually tell the items age, it’s quality and workmanship, who manufactured the item and in most cases I’m able to see an actual picture of what the item is supposed to look like. By gathering as much information as I can and seeing what the item should look like, allows me to see if a piece has any,broken,scratched,cracked,torn ,or missing pieces to name some of the things I’ve found. That being said I’m only human, and mistakes can be made. So if you see anything in my listings that is not described correct, or if notice something missing or broken that I’ve not mentioned. Please send me an email, describing what you see wrong in my listing. Once I receive your email, I will do my part and get the listing fixed, repaired or removed from my listing.

Shipping;

Once your payment has cleared my bank, I will have your item/items packaged and ready to be shipped within 3 business days. If you need the item shipped to you faster, please email me and i will see what I can do to assist you. All items shipped will have a tracking number provided, this tracking number can be found in the actual listing where you purchased the item. Use the tracking number to keep track of your items shipping progress.

 There may be added fees when shipping items outside the lower 48 United States. So Please if you do reside outside of the lower 48 United States, email me and I can give you what the actual shipping costs and any fees will be.

Any and all fees associated with the import or export of the purchased item/items are the “BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY”.

There are absolutely no international returns!

You can expect any parts sold from my store to be in USED/NOT NEW condition, unless otherwise specified in listing as NEW.

You will receive the exact part/parts pictured in listing only, no background ITEMS or items that are not in THE Title or Description.

If you are wanting to purchase multiple items, I will do my best to offer a combined shipping rate for you. But only if it does not affect the safe shipment of any and all items sold. Attention:

  Some electrical parts sold may need to be reprogrammed, flashed, or reset once installed into your vehicle, before they will operate properly. This should be done by a certified mechanic or from your trusted factory dealership service center using the proper equipment and training to reprogram,flash, or reset part/parts once installed.

Any USED ELECTRICAL items I sell will be sold in “AS-IS” Condition WITH NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS.

However all items that are listed in my store, have either been bench tested, or I personally verified items to be in working order when removed from the donor vehicle.

Otherwise it will state in conditions and usually again in the description for parts only, not in working order. I’m easy to work with so if you have any questions, problems, concerns, please just send me an email, so we can come to a positive resolution.

There is a 30 day return policy on most of the items listed in my eBay store. There will be a 20% restocking and reposting fee, for any and all returns! Returns must be shipped with the same care, packaging and insured if items were shipped to you with insurance, to insure safe arrival back to me. Returns must be in sold condition, un-used or tested in your application. All returns will be inspected for condition as well as still showing the authentication markings that I’ve added to items prior shipping. All of the above mentioned items must be met before a refund will be expected. If you tried the part or installed part for fitting and the parts were damaged in anyway, there will be deductions from your refund reflecting the damage to the item, or your return will not be excepted if the damages can not be repaired. All return shipping, handling, duties, taxes will be the buyer’s responsibility.

For any items returned damaged in any way, I will deduct from any refund cost of repairs. Buyers will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
