FITTINGS
Hopper (tilted) windows are hinged at the bottom (handle on top) and tilt in to offer increased ventilation. To clean hopper window, first unlock the bracket arm and pull the sash open completely. The type and number of hinges depends on the technical characteristics (ex. size) of the window.
