Posting

We use 48 hours Royal Mail Service. 

We aim to dispatch item on the same day if orders are received before 11.30am, 

but item may be dispatched within 2/3 working days (except weekends).

Once posted out the goods are in the hands of Royal mail, and we are not liable for late delivery or any other claims.

If your item is returned to me as undelivered by the Post Office then the postage will need to be repaid before it is posted out again.

If the item is not received within 14 working days please contact us via Ebay message, so we can sort something out.

Pictures & Photos

Please note that we take the pictures from original garments & the colours may vary slightly to the lighting. 

Also as new stock is added it may have different labels or packaging, but the quality is the same.

Returns & Refunds

We are more than happy to accept returns in most cases, 

except if are undergarments which cannot be returned due to hygienic purposes, unless were received damaged.

We accept returns within 14 days, please contact us via Ebay message as soon as possible so we can resolve your return quickly.

Item must be returned in it’s original condition ( re sellable) with all tags attached  & must not be worn or damaged.

Original postage costs are not refundable.

Buyer pay’s return postage unless item is damaged. 

When posting returns make sure that you get proof of posting

& please include the documents sent with item, as refund will only be issued once item is received back.

These policy don’t affect your statutory rights.
